What does it mean to be a coach?

George Bossi is a 76 year-old wrestling coach at Lowell High School in Massachusetts. With over 500 career wins he is listed as one of the most winning coaches in US history. Entering his 50th year of coaching, Bossi hasn't lost any of his passion or drive for his athletes. Wrestling is a sport that demands discipline, commitment, and mental strength. Through the process of training his wrestlers, Coach Bossi has created a unique lifelong bond with his athletes from all walks of life. Many consider Bossi a father, even decades after their time at Lowell High. This film will tell the story of George Bossi as well as the fleet of successful men that he’s led in life.
